Kid Goku was taking bullets at the begginning of Dragon Ball. Then he gets multi-folds stronger through training with Roshi. Namu matches Goku. Goku ~ Roshi >= Namu >>> Beginning of Dragon Ball Goku > Bullets > Satan.

Though I also heard that Hercule is stronger than Kid Goku at the beginning of Dragon Ball, where the first tournament took place, so I can't be too sure.

Even before the tournament he either took some from Launch or he was able to outrun them, something like that. Hercule was gun-downed by Van Zant so really Hercule is just a little bit about average because he's the champ. When it comes to Nam I think Nam has showed more at the tournament than Hercule could probably do. I kind of feel dumb about a thread about Roshi vs. Hercule, me saying Hercule may have a chance with his explosives.. Roshi would blast that dude with a kamehameha like there's no tomorrow. The reason why Hercule probably made it as far as he did because fighters like Nam probably didn't enter anymore. So I think I have to give this one to Nam. I don't even think Hercule could jump as high as him and Nam has some deadly attacks from the air.
